Lovely Country View in Riverton is slated for 78 townhomes and 13 single-family homes as it expands into its third construction phase. Already finished is an immaculate clubhouse with a fitness room, fireplace and game and lounge area. A refreshing swimming pool is ready to open in May.
Now into phase four of construction, The Ranches in tranquil West Jordan is the site for 35 beautifully appointed single-family homes. Down the road in South Jordan sits Peterson’s brand new community, Harvest Crossing, where 100 single-family homes are underway.
